Mr. Somen Mitra is a seasoned management professional with more than 22 years of rich experience, a blend of industry and academia. A Doctoral Scholar with Aligarh Muslim University, Mr. Mitra holds his expertise in finance and risk management domain. He has 9 quality research publications to his credit including a patent. He is a two times recipient of “Best Research Paper Award” including one at IIT Roorkee. He is also a huge protagonist of Case Based Pedagogy in management and has authored six case publications in “The Case Centre”, Cranfield University (United Kingdom). He is having a flair for devising and implementing turnaround strategies at workplaces, and has a demonstrated history of fostering strong institute-industry interactions through his unique people management skills.
