From powerful ideas to transformative stories — TEDx SISTec Bhopal brought together changemakers who turned visions into reality. Our speakers ignited minds with ideas that challenged norms, sparked creativity, and celebrated human potential. A heartfelt thank you to our inspiring speakers : Ms. Priya Singh, Ms. Amanat Bansal Chauhan, Mr. Amit Raje, Dr. Varun Kapoor, Dr. Janak Palta McGilligan, and Mr. Ishan Haydn for sharing their incredible journeys and perspectives.

SISTec marked its 11th Annual Placement Day - Sagar Glory, featuring bestselling author Chetan Bhagat as the Guest of Honour. The event included a book signing, a plantation drive, and inspiring addresses from leadership, celebrating the success of students placed across top companies. Mr. Bhagat motivated students with his talk on balancing ambition with responsibility. The day concluded with his felicitation with the Tejomoy Samman and a heartfelt vote of thanks.

SISTec had the privilege of hosting a power-packed session with Mr. Jasmeet Singh Sethi, AVP at SHL, the session provided valuable insights into career growth, industry expectations, and future trends.

From emerging trends to real-world strategies, the session empowered students with knowledge straight from an industry leader. The interactive Q&A session further helped students gain clarity on career decisions.

The fourth iteration of our signature event, SISTec Headstart 4.0 — The Industry-Academia Forum witnessed the presence of IT stalwarts from top MNCs: TCS, Infosys, HCL Tech, EY, KPIT, and Rakuten. The Managing Director of the Sagar Group, Mr. Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal attended the inaugural event along with Directors, Principals, HODs, faculties, staff and students.
Built on the theme "Make IT Happen"  two exclusive sessions have been organized in the panel discussions: "Serve IT" and "Code IT". In these sessions, IT industry veterans shared their experiences and made the students aware of the next generation's technological challenges and opportunities. 1000+ students attended this event and received valuable guidance from leading experts in the industry.
Tree Plantation followed by the HODs & senior's interaction with the IT stalwarts marked the conclusion of this forum.

Sagar Group of Institutions- SISTec Gandhi Nagar and Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad Campus conducted the third iteration SISTec HeadStart 3.0 —The Industry-Academia Forum. This year the event witnessed the presence of all CXOs, who are the trendsetters in the industry with their practices. The platform became much more engaging when the industry stalwarts shared their experiences, thoughts and insights with the students of SISTec.

The event went on with the two rounds of panel discussion with the Industry Stalwarts on getting prepared for India 2030 with Trending Technologies. All CTO/CEOs and Senior people from Corporate took us on a level-up an extreme level thought process which enable to set the 2030 vision on sustainability, technology, IQ & EQ and business minds and leadership approach ensures some brain feed to our budding Engineers.

This year the event witnessed the presence of all Top Technical Leads & HRs, who are the trendsetters in the industry with their practices. The platform became mush engaging when the Industry Stalwarts shared their experiences, thoughts and insights with the students of SISTec.

The event went on with the three rounds of panel discussion with the Industry Stalwarts on topics "Fundamental or Advanced Technology? Keeping the perfect Balance", "Making My Story" and "The Hard Road to Success". They even gudied students finding solutions to problems with learnings acquired either by skilling or by other experiences. With this, the HRs has a detailed panel discussion with the HoDs, majorly focused on SISTec's academic curriculum in line with the industry requirements along with the project exhibition by students.
